State Specific Disclosures in Encompass

View the state specific disclosure matrix AT LEAST monthly for your state specific disclosure
requirements.

 

• Log into Encompass > from the Home screen click the Go to The Resource Center link

       on the right:

 

 

• In the middle left under Self-Service Tools, click the link for State Disclosure Matrix

       Lookup:

 

 

• An Internet Explorer window will open, and you will be directed to the Ellie Mae state

       disclosure matrix multistate disclosures when you can view all multistate disclosures.

 

• At the top in the State dropdown choose your state:

 

 

• View and note the Broker required state specific disclosures to the right under the Broker column:

 

 

It is recommended that you include all state specific disclosures listed under the broker column as part of your Broker Minimum Disclosure Package.

 

If a Broker state specific disclosure is also included in the lender column, you may not be required to disclose it if the lender disclosure meets the broker requirements.
