Encompass – Link My Motto Portal to Loan
The My Motto Portal will show no loans in process until you send your customer a
request from Encompass. If your customer has already eConsented and it is not time to
disclose, you may send your customer a request to upload their initial documents.
The request for documents will send your customer an email with a link to access their
My Motto Portal. By utilizing the link, the portal will then become associated with their
Encompass loan.
1. Open eFolder
2. Change Document Group to Needs List – Initial
3. Highlight the documents you wish to request
4. Click Request
5. Click Send
** Note: You can click on the add icon here to add additional documents to request
6. Assign an authorization code (they will need to enter only once to link the
account to loan), update email if needed & send
To access the My Motto Portal, the customer will use the username and
password they created. After logging in, the system will ask for the authorization
code you created for them.
